Therapy Approach

Bharati uses an eclectic approach in her practice which is based on the need of the patient. Bharati has a special interest in the psychodynamic approach when working together to explore your past and interpersonal relationships to promote healing. Bharati believes in the scientific approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and she likes to incorporate CBT where clinical conditions such as anxiety, and depression require more clinical attention. Bharati will help you to learn some relaxation strategies and mindfulness to implement in everyday life.

Bharati has been recently trained in EMDR.

Life is a dynamic concept. If you have been static in your life for a long time, it is time to make a change. Bharati believes that every person has the capacity to make a complete transformation in their lives, but they need to be ready to make changes. Bharati meets patients where they are at the moment and likes to learn about you and your whole being in this world.

Being in this world is to find a purpose and meaning of your life. It is important to include the spiritual components of our life in the therapeutic process. Bharati encourages you to reconnect with your spiritual practice as meditation or reconnect with your faith, reconnect with your hobbies and maintain an active lifestyle, and paying special attention to your diet and nutrition. Bharati wants you to focus on yourself as a whole and make positive changes in life. If you are interested to try homeopathic medicine for your constitutional health, Bharati is happy to provide additional homeopathic support.
